Pre-Shipment Inspection
Random sampling to AQL when production is at least 80% packed. Quantity = inspector-days.
During Production Inspection
Checks the first finished units and the production line before problems spread. Quantity = inspector-days.
Container Loading Check
Counts, checks and photographs cartons as they are loaded, then seals the container. Quantity = inspector-days.
Factory Audit
Verifies that the factory exists, owns its production and can make your order. Usually 1-2 inspector-days.
Re-inspection
A follow-up inspection after a failed result. Charged as a normal inspector-day.

5 prepaid inspector-days. Use them one at a time, for any service. They never expire, and unused days are refundable.

Payment security
SSTI never changes its bank details by email or chat. Pay only to the account in our confirmation email. If anyone asks you to pay elsewhere, contact us before paying.
Confidential by design
Reports are never emailed as attachments. Only you can download them, after logging in.

Questions buyers ask us
How do I pay?
By bank transfer in USD (SWIFT, CHATS or FPS), right after booking. The bank details and an invoice for your accounts team are ready at once.
Can I use my own checklist and AQL levels?
Yes. Choose custom sampling at checkout and upload your checklist after paying.
Do you take money from factories?
No. We are paid only by you: no commission on your goods and no fee from the factory.
Can I cancel?
Cancel any paid inspection up to 1 working day before the inspection date and we refund it in full, less only the actual bank transfer fee, within 10 working days. Unused days of a 5-day package are refunded the same way – never more in total than you paid for the package.
How long are reports kept?
3 months in your portal. After that, email us and we send you a copy.
